In the Italian establishment in San Cesario sul Panaro, PM has concentrated the stages of Quality Control, Varnishing, Assembly , and  Testing stage, which is carried out in a complete manner (with the use of weights for load capacity tests, rotations, and extensions) on each single product exiting the assembly chain, which is not common in the sector of hydraulic cranes for trucks.

Through the Romanian plant, established at the half of 2004, PM no longer depends upon external sub-contractors, reaching a vertical production integration, in order to obtain greater control of production costs and final product quality. This plant is equipped with avant-garde technical equipment and a highly professional work force. Various mechanical working processes are carried out within this plant: Welding, Boring, and Turning.
