Reserved area

Some areas and contents of the site are reserved for PM Group customers, through the use of appropriate authentication credentials. Any use of such content in the absence of title of such credentials is an unlawful use and as such may be prosecuted in the appropriate venues.

In particular, access to the private site to each customer ,PM Group provides a username and password to login to the pages of the site.

Among other things, at all times the user can request the generation and submission to his mailbox for a new password. The password must be stored carefully and remain confidential.

Links to third party sites

PM Group assumes no responsibility for material created or published by third party sites that the site is linked to. The presence of such links does not indicate approval or endorsement of any material contained on any linked site.

Submitting material

By submitting material by e-mail or otherwise to any of our servers you warrant that:

a) PM Group may publish the material;

Law

This website is controlled by PM Group Spa., and it is subject to the provisions of Italian laws. The website can be accessed from various countries around the world. As each of these countries has laws that may differ from those of Italy, by accessing this website you agree that the laws of Italy shall apply to all matters arising from or relating to the use and contents of this website.

For any dispute on the site exclusive jurisdiction is to Modena, Italy in accordance with the laws of Italy.
